Trade service at point of sale
Every Magniflex partner is assigned a regional sales manager, who negotiates the work conditions, familiarizes retailer with the product portfolio, make trainings, supports the image presence of the Magniflex brand and supports the successful business of our partners.

Magniflex has an active and comprehensive marketing policy, which is aims to promote product and brand knowledge among the consumers, and to support sales of our partners. Our presence in a wide variety media and advertising channels is accompanied with our presentation of the brand and products at all sales points. We invest in building expositions, branded locations and marketing activities such coop-marketing, promotions, events and more.

Logistic service
The Magniflex team takes care for all our partners' orders from the moment of order to delivery. Each order is delivered to the address of the retailer free of charge. Most items are in stock and are delivered within 4 days. If your order is not in stock the maximum time is 30 business days. Most arrive sooner as we usually have products already en route from Italy. All custom made mattresses require at least 30 business days for production and delivery. Magniflex warehousing system plus patented technology for vacuum packaging makes transportation and storage easy, convenience and fast.
Guarantee servicing
Magniflex world-wide commits to replacement of ANY mattress in case of a defect during the product guarantee period. Magniflex mattresses are offered with a guarantee from 10 to 15 years. During this period the mattress is covered by the guarantee service provided conditions for validity of the guarantee are met. * Conditions for guarantee validity
Each mattress should reach the client with a completely filled in guarantee card.
It should contain data for the seller, the model, the size and the date of purchasing.
It should contain the name of the client, address and phone.
The client should follow instructions for unpacking and the guidelines for use and storage.
The roll should be unpacked without sharp and cutting instruments.
Advisable period for unpacking the mattress is one month after purchase.
The mattress restores its full shape within two hours.
Once when the mattress is unpacked it can't be rolled up again.
For better circulation of the air, the mattress should be used on under mattress frame.
The conditions of the guarantee which are quoted in the guarantee card clearly define its validity.
After purchase the client should keep the guarantee card and the related documents which certify the sale.
After unpacking, the client should attach the bar-code sticker to the guarantee card. In case of problem during the guarantee period, the client should contact the Magniflex Greece team at telephone number 0030 2310 473593/591.
In case of defect and within the framework of the guarantee conditions the mattress will be replaced within 30 working days free of charge.
