Select a comfort preference first. Choose between the following comfort levels: firm, medium firm, medium soft and soft and then find the model that is right for you. Remember, all Magniflex mattresses provide orthopedically correct support regardless of the level of softness.

Warranty Claim


  1. With your purchase of a Magniflex mattress you should receive accompanying documents and a guarantee card.
  2. Make sure that the guarantee card is correctly and completely filled in by the dealer from whom you have bought the product.
  3. Carefully read the information in the guarantee card and follow the instructions.
  4. Instruction for unpack – to be quoted from the guarantee card

  6. Conditions of the guarantee from p.1 to p.6

Warranty Terms

Section 1. “Matrax” Ltd. defines a warranty term for the product from the purchase date, verifiable by the applied purchase documents. The Warranty provided by “Matrax” Ltd. is valid when the purchaser abides by the usage and storage instructions and the terms defined in the warranty card.


Section 2. All claims, related to hidden production defects or decreased quality of the mattress, which are not caused by its daily usage, should be submitted to “Matrax” Ltd. as well as all the accompanying documents for the purchase (invoice and/or receipt), a sticker with a serial number (the mattress’s barcode), and this warranty card.


Section 3.  The warranty does not cover defects caused by: misuse of the mattress, applied force, repairs done by the purchaser or third parties; unusual conditions of pollution and moisture; deliberate destruction of the textile.


Section 4. The warranty does not cover customer requests to change the model or size  of an unwrapped mattress.


Section 5. “Matrax” Ltd. accepts claims in case of:
• Discrepancy with the trade mark shown.
• Discrepancies with the size shown exceeding difference ± 0,5 % width.
• Discrepancies with the size shown exceeding difference ± 0,5 % length.
• Discrepancies with the size shown exceeding difference ± 0,5 % thickness.
• Product defect noted during purchase.
• Loss of product elasticity during the warranty period.


Section 6. All discrepancies and defects of the product recognized by “Matrax” Ltd. during the warranty period are covered at “Matrax” Ltd.’s expenses. The product will replaced with a new one within 30 days after the claim has been received by “Matrax” Ltd.

With realization of the purchase the purchaser accepts and agrees with these INSTRUCTIONS FOR UNWRAPPING, RULES FOR USAGE AND STORAGE, and WARRANTY TERMS, which are given to him/her with the sale.

A warranty claim is accepted in case of strictly followed INSTRUCTIONS FOR UNWRAPPING, RULES FOR USAGE AND STORAGE, and WARRANTY TERMS.


Section 7. In case of a problem 

  1. Prepare the necessary documents according the conditions of the guarantee.  
  2. It is important to accurately and completely fill in the guarantee card, barcode sticker of the product, which define the series and the date of its produce and documents which certify the purchase.
